they went me the wrong book and I reached out three times by email and once through online chat - NO RESPONSE. I had to go through my credit card to stop the charge. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I purchased the Ebook and was supposed to get a link that was only valid for 24 hours and then it doesn’t work anymore. As soon as I made my purchase, I clicked the link and it says invalid. I need this book now, and no one has helped me yet.

download isn't instant, my copy has highlights all throughout it but its legible, enough to tie me over until hardcopy arrives
I chose this site because it offered the best price for the book I was looking for.
When I completed the order the link to the book did not work. I took pictures to ensure documentation with a time stamp and then tried in different browsers as suggested in the sites FAQs section. It didn't work. I submitted a ticket since it was after hours on a Friday night. I received a new link maybe 14 hours later that now works. No issues or hassle.

I'm sorry, the original link did not work. A couple hours later the link was provided to me via email. I'm sorry for original post with the one star rating. I did receive my ebook. thank you. five star rating.
