I appreciate the speed with with the book was delivered to my email inbox. I perused it and found that the topics matched up nicely with what we are teaching at Boise State. When I completed the order the link to the book did not work. I took pictures to ensure documentation with a time stamp and then tried in different browsers as suggested in the sites FAQs section. It didn't work. I submitted a ticket since it was after hours on a Friday night. I received a new link maybe 14 hours later that now works. No issues or hassle.
